CCAG Programs

ReUnite United Way

CCAG is officially a ReUnite enrollment site, and we’re thrilled to extend this opportunity to the families we serve. ReUnite is a no-cost, vital community safety program designed to help first responders quickly and effectively identify and assist individuals who may have difficulty communicating in an emergency, including children and adults with autism or other developmental and intellectual disabilities. Participants are registered in a secure database accessible to local law enforcement and emergency personnel. In the event your child becomes lost or disoriented, ReUnite allows responders to access key information to safely and swiftly reunite you.

Meals That Matter

Meals that Matter is a new program designed to provide full, satisfying meals not just snacks to individuals with disabilities in Southwest Florida. Far too often, food assistance programs focus on quick bites or pantry items, but a snack is not the same as a meal. A proper meal brings comfort, dignity, and the assurance that someone cares. Food is a basic necessity that no one should go without, yet many individuals with disabilities face barriers such as financial hardship, transportation challenges, and limited access to inclusive community food resources. Meals that Matter bridges that gap by ensuring that individuals with disabilities can sit down to a complete meal, prepared by local restaurants, just like anyone else.
